FAST App - Terms & Conditions

FAST(Find a Studio/Song Writer Today) APP is a platform which is designed to be both simple to use and effective at:

Direct transaction on studio/songwriter booking for services!
Unique rating system (1-5 star) added for user profile credibility (based on ratings from the FAST community)
integrated GPS service for seamless navigation to booked songwriters or recording facilities.
Search for recording studios or songwriters based on precise geographical location (world’s only global index)
Social media environment
Not just a simple discussion board focused on the upward mobility of music industry professionals due to the fact users are paid immediately (money held until completion of services) by other users in immediate need of their services.

These terms and conditions set out the terms on which you may use the app, whether as a guest or a registered user. This includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use the app. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the app, as these will apply to your use of the app. By using the app, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the FAST APP.

Eligibility To Use The App

Use of the App is only allowed to persons aged thirteen (13) years and over. If the person is aged below thirteen (13) years then they must seek consent by a parent and/or legal guardian who does hereby acknowledge that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.

Registered Users

In order to fully enjoy the services provided on the app you must create an account and become a "Registered User". As Registered User you will be entitled to:

Receive general email updates
Users/subscribers will be able to message each other in a DM (direct message) fashion to make direct contact with one another.
Users will also be able to upload (30 second max duration audio or visual) of their works/content to their profile for review by the FAST online/app community
Users will be able to comment or “react” (like, love, dislike) to other user uploads/posts.
Tap in with verified recording studios or published songwriters as well as certified producers or audio engineers across a worldwide network of subscribers.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party except your authorized representatives. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us by email only using this email address only: Email: RCURTISCEO@GMAIL.COM We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or if the app becomes unavailable for any reason.

Subscription Plans or Payments

Basic - $1.99 per month ($24.00 per year)
Allows you to search, book, message users*

Advanced - $4.99 per month ($60 per year)
Allows you to search, book, message users, upload live stories or 30 sec audio/visual samples*

Premium - $9.99 per month ($120 per year)
Allows you to search, book, message users, upload live stories or 30 seconds audio/visual samples as well as advertise your studio space or talents to be booked by paying users (Basically allows you to make money!). Also allows access to the “BREAK RECORD” feature which allows users to instantly notify the top sponsored user accounts with the highest level ranking (Basically the people who write the checks or allow your dreams to come true/professionally facilitate your music career) of the users latest release/upload.

Users/subscribers will pay a separate additional fee if they would like access to the “GO FAST” feature which will allow them to advertise their space/talents for a permanent set duration of time on the FAST app home page for guaranteed visibility by the consistently growing FAST worldwide community. You may submit your credit card and other payment information to subscribe for our services, we use third parties service providers such as paypal, cashapp, zelle, venmo, credit/debit to process your payment information If you submit your payment information you agree to pay all cost that you incur Please ensure to read the terms and conditions of the third parties as we are not responsible for any data submitted to them.

Uploading Content To The App

Any content you upload to the app will be considered non-confidential. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to the app constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, rights to privacy or other rights. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of the app. We reserve the right to remove any content you upload or post on our App if, in our opinion, it does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use.

Changes To The App

We may update the app from time to time, and may change content on it at any time without notice. Please note that content on the app may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that the app, or any content or information on it, will be free from errors or omissions, however we welcome your feedback. If you do identify errors or inconsistencies or have any suggestions, please let us know. You acknowledge we are under no obligation to amend or change app content or information in light of this information.
