      • Your ability to cancel or reschedule and any refunds are subject to the policy described in the FAQ or booking confirmation.

      • We may modify or update cancellation/refund terms for specific bookings or Providers.

      7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

      You agree not to:

      • Use the Site in any way that is illegal or harms us or other users.

      • Post misleading or false information.

      • Infringe the rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc) of others.

      • Interfere with the Site, servers or networks involved.
