2. Booking & Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept valid credit and debit cards. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to be confirmed.
  • Pricing: All rates are set by the studio owners. Any additional fees (cleaning, overtime, equipment rental) will be disclosed at checkout or billed separately by the studio.
  • PCI Compliance: All payment data is handled according to PCI-DSS standards to ensure your information is secure.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Strict Policy: Cancellations made less than 24-48 hours (depending on the specific studio policy) prior to the booking may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters). In such cases, a studio credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Timeliness: Your rental time begins and ends strictly at the scheduled times. This includes setup and teardown.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, illegal drug use, and weapons are strictly prohibited in all studios.
  • Damages: You are financially responsible for any damage to the studio’s equipment, furniture, or premises caused by you or your guests.
  • Noise & Conduct: Users must maintain respectful noise levels and adhere to the specific rules of the host studio.

5. Limitation of Liability

Find A Studio Today provides its services “as-is.” We do not warrant that the studio will meet your specific technical or creative requirements. We are not liable for any lost data, stolen property, or personal injury sustained during a booking.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
